Shopinou Mystery Shopper

A shopper walks your store on a phone and says where they quit

What it solves

A browser walks your store like a shopper on a slow phone and a desktop, scores 75 checks, and says where in Shopify to fix each finding.

What it does

  • A real headless browser walks your store on a slow phone and a desktop
  • Seventy-five checks score the home page, product, cart, shipping and search
  • Each finding: the evidence, a screenshot, and the steps that fix it

Google Search Console, if you connect it

On the Pro plan you can connect your store’s Google Search Console. Mystery Shopper asks Google for read-only access (webmasters.readonly) and for your Google account’s email address, so the app can show which account is connected. It can never change anything in Search Console.

With it, the app puts your clicks, impressions, click rate and average position next to the fixes they belong to, starts the shopper’s walk on the page Google sends most people to, tells you what changed in Google after each fix, and alerts you when a page drops out of Google or loses its clicks. If you switch it on, Autopilot rewrites the Google title and description of a few pages a day, and you can undo each one.

It reads only the property that is your store’s own domain. Disconnecting in the app revokes the access at Google and deletes everything the app kept. How the data is used, kept and deleted is in the privacy policy, under “Google user data”.
